The delay in processing timeline comments and events has been resolved, and all delayed events have now been processed. SLA/OLA tracking, workflows triggered by timeline activity, and dashboards that use timeline data are back to normal. No data was lost.\
We're sorry for the disruption this caused, and thank you for your patience.

Since 09:20 UTC on October 28, 2026, we have seen delays in the background processing of timeline comments and events for workspaces hosted in our US region. Comments and events are saved and show up on records as usual, but the systems that act on them are running behind.
While this continues, you may see:
SLA and OLA tracking: SLA and OLA metrics and breach evaluations based on timeline activity may be delayed or temporarily inaccurate.
Workflows: Workflows triggered by timeline comments or events may run later than expected.
Dashboards: Dashboards and reports that use timeline comments and events may show stale data.
No data has been lost. Once processing catches up, all delayed events will be processed in order, and SLA/OLA metrics, workflows, and dashboards will update on their own.
We have identified the cause and are applying a fix. We will post another update within the next 60 minutes, or sooner if things change.
We're sorry for the disruption this is causing you and your teams, and we appreciate your patience while we resolve it.
